Oh my goodness, how fortunate am I to have discovered yet another fabulous vegan eatery! What a welcome to Austria, straight from the train station to a hugging hot meal full of love. The title is in English, and so is the second line in the menu. I am so happy. There's a nice quiet patio with a tree. The inside seating is warm and bright. It was a constant busy. The hotel is attached. My weiner schnitzel was superb, light, crunchy. The smaller European version of Cranberry sauce was the perfect accompaniment followed by a squeeze fresh lemon. I have a new way to eat vegan schnitzel. Everything on the menu is vegan. Heaven. The potatoes were just right with sprinkles of parsley and sprouts. Altogether, it is a simple yet comforting at home meal. I was going to be satisfied with my lunch and saw 2 desserts walking by - oh no, oh my - yes. It happened, raspberry sorbet and homemade tiramsu. Sigh. 3 scoops of layered creaminess with alternating fresh, cold, raspberry meltyness. Beyond full. I know when I'm in spirit, I will still be thinking of this meal. So, with a full belly, I walk through the city and check into my next bed. It rains, and my heart feels the hug of an excellent meal made in love and reverance of nature's gifts. Thank you, chef and my gallant and kind server. Guten Apetit!
Very nice outdoor space, not far from the main train station on a quieter street. Good for a casual hangout even for medium sized groups since it seems quiet spacious. A bit creative in their decorations too. Enjoyed the desserts we had here, the juices were good too. Would recommend for an afternoon snack
Some of the best food I've ever had, vegan or otherwise, and definitely the best in Salzburg so far. Very nice presentation, insanely tasty (the steak with risotto especially!) and great flavor combinations. The desserts are very good as well, we tried all three and enjoyed them all, and although the Tiramisu was not strictly traditional it tasted great. Coffee was okay (slightly watery) but still enjoyable. The service was great, very nice staff. Outdoor seating is very cozy, the inside area looked nice as well. Definitely worth a visit!
A beautiful little spot, with a relaxed atmosphere. The food was fantastic and the service was lovely. A must visit for all plant based eaters. A rare find for a vegan, I was very impressed.
Wow! High quality vegan food and experience here. As a tourist, satisfied my schnitzel desire. I also tried the vegan meat in mushroom sauce and that was the kind of meal I love and haven’t had in a while. Very happy to have come here for dinner!
Nice but not extraordinary! The food came quickly and everything was fine . We ordered the schnitzel and truffle pasta ,the schnitzel was nice but the potatoes it came with were not salted enough and didn’t taste like anything ,the entire dish didn’t taste like anything and needed a good sauce and maybe complimentary vegetables . If you have to get something get the Truffle pasta it was very tasty ,had a strong Truffle flavour and was well salted. The homemade lemonade was nice too but the dessert was a disappointment . the menu said it has a liquid middle which it didn’t have ,it was dry the ice cream and berries did present a very nice flavour profile together but nothing special. Is a hit or miss type of situation.
Amazing food! We got 3 different dishes and happy with each one. The highlights were the dip with no meat burger, it was incredible. Also loved the mushroom sauce. We came when it was still quiet but around 18 on a Sat suddenly it was full and I feel bad for that one guy running around. Our food came out super quickly though and from what I saw others food as well. They should really do something about that toilet situation though!
Everything is just amazing here for vegans. While sleeping at The Keep Eco Rooms for my stay part of the Berlin-Barcelona Initiative, I got to refuel here. Food is excellent (come initiate non-vegans here please), service is handled by a superhero (that takes care of you and animals ) and price is fair. Bravo. And see you soon
